Target site selection for unattended mode
Add a -s / --site flag that accepts a site name and loads the matching config from ~/.config/wp-stage-sync/sites/. When combined with -u, skips site selection entirely and runs the sync for the specified site immediately. Pair with --list to discover available sites first.
