Stage to Prod, surgical sync
Add a selective stage → live push mode that promotes specific assets from staging to production without touching the full database. Initial scope covers file-level promotion: themes and plugins selected from an interactive list, rsynced to the live webroot, followed by a cache flush on production. Database promotion (specific options keys, post objects) to be scoped separately.
